    I send the responses of the HTS official over to "Abdullah", a smart HTS member, to get his opinion. His response "I feel like I'm living on a different planet. These words are completely untrue." I tell Abdullah this is natural, all factions deny abuses.

    Had a conversation with a senior HTS official about my article. He did not like as it states that while HTS changed its policies toward the intl system, its authoritarian conduct toward its subjects has not changed. Claimed they have empowered supervisory bodies to prevent abuses

    Following smart feedback from , I should clarify my assessment w/ regards to possibility of mass atrocities in Idlib. We can't be certain, but the greatest risk is for fighting-age males. Women & children among the 1.5 million displaced to Idlib face lesser risks.

    The Trudeau government is essentially giving a pro-Assad apparatchik authority over affairs of thousands of Syrians settled in Canada, including members of brave rescue volunteers, the White Helmets, whom this guy and his government call terrorists for saving ppl from the rubble

    In Dmeir, similarly to Daraa, many of those targeted for arrests are those who've defected from the Syrian Army during the uprising & later "reconciled" with the regime
