    In Nov '15, I listed Zinki as part of the "vetted" opposition. That was accurate, then. In Oct '16, I co-authored an OpEd which called for more aid to vetted groups. By then, Zinki had been taken off the vetted list. In Jan '17, Blumenthal said that proved I still backed Zinki.
