In fact, he represented her pro bono — charging no fee at all.
I think that’s a bit unfair on Frances. I thought she was making the point that Pannick was getting a lot less than his usual fee. As one of your replies says £250ph for Pannick is v close to pro bono

Doing something for free is entirely different to charging a rate for it. The thought that you would seek to defend or justify an incorrect statement as CEO of IPSO is outrageous.
