        JASRACって信託しないと動かないんでしたっけ？ 前に雅楽だったか伝統芸能で勝手にJASRACが出しゃばって、当事者達に文句言われていた覚えがあります。 どういう経緯で校歌がJASRACに狙われたのか気になりますね。

        それは知りませんでした。 どう間違えるのかと思って検索したら・・・ｗ そこは間違え無いだろうってところを間違えてたんですね。「雅楽(がらく)」ってことは、JASRACでは「音楽(おんらく)」「楽曲(らっきょく)」「楽器(らっき)」と読んでいるのだろうか？

        読みは仕事と関係ないのでほっときますが(真偽も定かでは 雅楽でも新曲作られてますし信託されてる曲もあるので、ちゃんとした会場で演奏会があれば「管理内の曲は演奏したりしましたか？」と問い合わせるのは普通かと。無ければ無いですで終わりですよ

        ゲーム会社とか、ゲームで再生する度に使用料発生して自身が払うのバカみたいだから、JASRACに信託せず自社管理にしてる場合が多いですよね。有名作曲家に作ってもらった場合でも、都度契約で取り決めしてもいいし。 一般に教員は法的・財務知識は平均以下だけど、これからの時代それではダメと思う。
