        "法的措置を検討します"ではなく"法的措置を取ります"と明言しましたね。 この場合、法的措置を取らなかった、すなわち相手を訴えなかった場合は法的措置をちらつかせて相手を不安に陥れた"脅迫罪"が成立し、逆に相手から訴えられる事になります。 災害対応後の動向、見守らせていただきます。

        なるほど、読み返してみれば小西氏は確かに"しかるべき措置"と言っております。しかし前文に"法的措置を検討するべきとアドバイスを受け"とあるので、そこからしかるべき措置を取ると続けば"訴えられる！？"と相手が受けとるのが自然と考えます。

        啞然としました。 まぁ、顧問弁護士としては、法的措置は顧問範囲外のお仕事なので、「法的措置を取るべき」とアドバイスしますよね。 小西先生が有権者にどう思われるかは、顧問弁護士からすれば「顧問としての仕事」じゃないから関係ないでしょうからね。
