No one really knows. Even if the SC says the PM's advice was unlawful, it doesn't necessarily mean prorogation is a nullity. Seems that the Scottish Ct may have overrreached itself and acted contrary to Bill of Rights.

The remedy issue is theoretically v complex but common sense will prevail *if* the SC says the PM's advice to Qn was unlawful. In reality, the prorogation will *have* to be undone somehow but this will probably be worked out at a political level.
