例えば、「働き方改革」のアリバイづくりに、事細かな勤務記録を（かつ健康管理上問題ないものとなるように）裁量労働制の教員自身がつけて提出しないといけないと定め、提出しないと勤務状態がわからないから通勤手当ては出さない、と指令を出すのが文科官僚の仕事。
