Disruption and Transformation – Healthcare at the Crossroads

Healthcare delivery, including the financing of healthcare, is at a critical juncture.  We increasingly face an affordability crisis, but as importantly, we face a crisis in confidence.  We are an industry that contains a multitude of paradoxes (fee for service vs. fee for value, transparency vs. knowledge asymmetry, convenience vs. expertise), all of which our customers will no longer tolerate. This is the moment where those dynamics are convening, requiring that we actively disrupt our ways of working in order to transform.

Speaker:
James Hereford, President & CEO, Fairview Health Services
