    The people of the Tal Abyad Military Council are citizens from the local area. These security forces are connected to the people & community they serve. They are the best way to maintain peace & stability in their area of the security mechanism.

    We see reports of concrete blocks sent to border for more military fortifications. remove fortifications in good faith, while our neighbor builds new ones. This isn't right & if these blocks are for fortifications for TM in NE this is not part of the agreement
