    Not quite, actually. - The June 30 strike hit a cell of loyalists recently expelled from Huras al-Din (for being too extreme). - The Aug 31 strike hit an Ansar al-Tawhid facility, in which Huras al-Din figures may have been visiting (none confirmed hit/killed though).
