You are completely right on the first part. And those are among the people that need to be reached, or dismissed if they get more hard headed about it.

And the second part? You don't think you have implicit racial biases?

Oh, no. I mean, I'm probably TOO conscientious of that stuff, and I catch it in myself, still. I'm light years ahead of most, certainly, but I don't think that anyone that isn't a minority can actually claim they don't have any bias at all.

I understand you're being sarcastic here, but with the rate we're exposed to information now, don't you have to be more efficient in processing it? Isn't this why the pre-millennials are so susceptible to misinformation and we all know to avoid Facebook?
