While reviewing the recent batch of Help & Support enquires, I noticed that a user mentioned about not being able to install the Android application and when attempting, the users receives a "unable to parse package" error message.
I suspect that the user is trying to install the APK on a version of Android that is older then version 5.0 (which if attempted to install the APK within, would result in the above error message) and I think that it would be a good idea to include a statement within the /mobile page that displayed the minimum compatible version of Android.
Please note my reply to the following H&S enquiry.
