    本当に今の少子社会日本は、業界間の、また会社・官庁間の「人材の取り合い」が主戦場と実感するので、若い元気な人が敬遠する要素を軽減し、前向きな印象を与える指導者を上に持っているかどうかは、中・長期的な組織の命運を決めるよね。そういう意味では役所間で大臣の取り合いもあるんだろう。
