After you've seen a puppy being burned alive and an unborn child blown out of its mother's body, 250 pages of reading a week seems like a small price to pay to be able to forget how cruel life can be for some, and how injustice can easily pile up when nobody's watching.

HTS, unlike other factions, is able to afford replacement of fighters relatively easily because of their income generation from control of border crossings & trade. Jaysh al-Izza also put out a call for recruits, but the group is broke & relying on personal donations.

To wit, these people were a minority in the YPG's international cordons, and quite a few were cast out or ostracized for their beliefs. But they exist, and are proof that the story of the YPG's western volunteers is far more complex than some would have you believe.

A leaked photo gives a look into the mindset of the secretive "far-right volunteers" who fought with the YPG for a time - many of them kept their true beliefs private until returning home. Now they flaunt their true colors among those of them who share the same vile perspectives
