The CSME v12+ tools show better info regarding SKU, including SKU Type. Anyway, if you don't see vPro related stuff like AMT or similar, you have Consumer firmware. Slim is only used by Apple.
Zitat von Lost_N_BIOS im Beitrag #23I see this always, and never know what it's about.
The small files are the VBT which include the vBIOS configuration. At OROM, these were integrated into the vBIOS/OROM. At GOP, they are placed externally. I think both are configured via BMP. Multiple VBT may exist within one OEM BIOS for different model configurations. I don't really know these things well. It is @SoniX area of knowledge.
AccuWeather removed the widget a long time ago. Supposedly, a new version would come but that's not really true so far. Anyway, as Lost said, it does still work based on IP but it's not very accurate because of that.
I don't check Windows builds because I lack the required time and knowledge to do this efficiently. Thus, I rely on you guys to report and attach such new microcodes, if they exist. Thankfully there are at least two other people who continuously help with Windows builds and I thank them very much for their support.

You needn't delete your whole user profile even if it was your first post - we'd love to have your input for the rest of the forum, too! You did note that it's important to check the dll after major updates, after all :)
They didn't do that, I did. That account was created as a "shared login" for multiple people, which is not allowed in this community.
Yes, typo. It should have been "Corporate", not "Consumer". Still doesn't explain why such a system would come with 11.0 firmware. Maybe a typo at the OP.
Are you certain your current firmware is 11.0.x.xxxx? The Q270 chipset was released with 11.6 so it can't have such an old version by default. Anyway, the latest is 11.8 PCH-H Corporate.
I suggest you ask this question at the Intel forums or Gigabyte support. I don't know which OS AMT supports and with what caveats, if any. Only Windows drivers exist and maybe they're needed for the functionality you want but I wouldn't know. From this forum's side of view, you can only try to update the firmware to the latest from Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware & System Tools using FWUpdate tool.
