ARTISTS BEWARE I am Warning EVERY ARTIST to NOT SELL ANY COMMISSIONS to @Geckorobot1. They have lied & Opened so many Chargebacks from several artists they have commissioned. They also won the cases and gotten over $250 worth of my hardwork. They have also done this with-pic.twitter.com/SbJ2KL91Zb

Update: I have recieved my money back all of it, but i will not forgive him for what he has done. I will not take this beware post down either. Thank you guys for spreading this Beware post out & please be safe on who Commissions you in the future!!

He said this after he realized that he lied to another artist about recovering a DELETED paypal account & mention about making a “contract” with the affected artists to pay them back by a certain date. There is no way to recover a DELETED account.pic.twitter.com/HHjxvieWHf
All the funds that were taken from our accounts were refunded to him, so it can be refunded BACK.
Im aware that the money was refunded back to him, but he hasnt paid either of you back that money..? I was informed by him that he was having issues with 7 artists.. and that he paid back the 6 and is working on paying the last. But here it seems that is false..?

Well he got and paid for the art already and got in some trouble, now trying to pay back in my knowledge. Free art? Trying to get free art? Excuse me sir but he already got the and historically already paid.

You and the artists affected should get together and take this person to civil court for theft of services. all you need is the text messages you recieved to and from him engaging in a business transaction. if he doesnt show up the judgment defaults to you allowing garnishment.
I wanna bump this. It would take time and effort vut it may be worth it if you can. Maybe you guys have to do it individually, or maybe you have to file to a court in his state. Idk, but you all deserve your money.
Man I love how @PayPal also goes and steals an additional $20 from you while backing this guys lies.
Happens to all companies when they get a charge back. Bigger companies tend to have smaller fees however.
„So you and the other artists don’t feel like I’m trying to scam you” One of the most trustworthy sentences ever. Right next to your dog promising you not to eat the leftover BBQ while you’re gone. Why are these people always the same … smh I hope you get what’s yours soon. 
Also, paypal now has an option for digial goods when setting up invoices, use it to help avoid the shipping chargeback scam.
Thanks, I'm going to try looking for that next time I talk to my clients. What should I look for when setting up invoices for digital goods?
I use service, since the rights of the art remain with me unless the client purchases that as well. I also label the invoice with "Digital Art Commission" and then specify a bit more in the details section.
