Maybe a real world gave shouldn't send you a fake invite for a place and then cancel it. People spent time and money

They flat out said they are looking into...it's not as if there's an employee that clicks on your name to issue you an EX pass then click on your name again to withdraw the invitation for fun. It's probably some sort of system error, no one is trying to insult you geez...

I understand..but understand that I actually went to the raid at the time they sent. I went for nothing. Then my ex raid was cancelled. Can you understand that that's not okay and not professional?

Hi Anto! Trainers can only Invite Friends above Ultra Friendship level, who haven't already received an EX Raid Pass for the same Gym. Hope this helps! ^AM

Hi Jonathan, that's a sharp observation! Gyms with upcoming EX Raids will not be 'locked down' henceforth, and will continue to host Raid Battles regularly. Happy Raiding! ^AM

Please give us back our hard earned ex passes. Many of us spent 10+ premium passes raiding into ex gyms this week. Or at least give better compensation (or fix the current bug where we cant even open the compensation rewards).

It wasn't, and the EX Raid Canceled button is just stuck there on our worldview map

The button is stuck there but I can see the 2 extra premium passes and the stardust were added. Yes, by coincidence I was low enough on stardust that I know they added 1000
