とはいえそれは逆に言えば孤立への道だから、普通に考えれば海外市場に多くを依存する韓国経済にとっては足かせにしかならない。ただ、そもそもコアな進歩派は海外市場に多くを依存する事自体を良い事だと考えていないだろうから、縮小再生産的な方向に政策の舵を切っても不思議ではない。

だからこの韓国の議論は「日本やアメリカから距離を置いたから、中国に接近する」という形には進まない。寧ろ、「日本やアメリカから距離を置いたのだから、当然中国からも距離を置く」という方向に展開する。GSOMIA破棄でアメリカの顰蹙を買っても突き進む、というのはある意味とても彼ららしい。

雑感。日本国内では日韓関係悪化から、「韓国は自立すべきだ」「中国側に行った」的な議論が出るのだけど、文在寅政権の中枢を占める韓国の「進歩派」の議論を全く理解していないよね。彼らが志向しているのは「（北朝鮮的な表現になるけど）民族の主体性の確立」。だからこそある意味質が悪いんだよ。
