Different companies sell after market attachments that fit on the Magic Wand’s vibrating head, for the purpose of allowing the Magic Wand’s vibrations to better reach different areas of the body. While not designed by the Magic Wand, they are certainly appreciated by many consumers. That said, be safe when using after-market parts. The Magic Wand is not responsible for personal injuries or for damage to the Magic Wand from after-market parts.
Yes, unfortunately, the Magic Wand has struggled with fake, counterfeit products sold by unscrupulous people. These are made to look almost the same as the real Magic Wand, but are of inferior quality and massaging strength, and are not supported by our 1-year warranty. In fact, they may not even be safe to use!
You can be sure you are buying the Magic Wand Original, with its powerful vibrations and lasting quality by checking out this information about what to look for. Please be very careful to avoid disappointment, especially if buying an older Magic Wand.
Call or email us to help assess if you have a real Magic Wand or a fake one. If you suspect it is a fake, you may want to stop using it, as there is no guarantee it is safe to use.
No. Only licensed technicians should ever open the Magic Wand. Apart from the risk of personal injury, it voids the 1-year warranty. Please contact us if you have a problem with your Magic Wand or if you have a warranty question.
