I know what you mean! When it comes to cuisine, my husband is a meat-and-potatoes kind of guy, whereas I like things complex and spicy! I'm a Tex-Mex kind of gal! Perhaps because I'm a half-Mexican Texan, which makes me a Texican! Teehee!
So I sure do love the hot-stuff. But I can handle the heat, as us Texans use hot sauce as eyewash!
