    Sur le fond : les faits reprochés à la condamnée se déroulent en mars 2017. A cette époque les cadres les plus radicaux d'Ahrar al-Sham ont rejoint l'ex-Front al-Nusra pour former Hay'a Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

    Dans un autre affaire relative à des départs pour la Syrie, un autre tribunal français a récemment prononcé un avis inverse sur Ahrar al-Sham, estimant qu'il ne pouvait être considéré comme un groupe terroriste.

    Le tribunal a considéré que le groupe rejoint par l'intéressée (Ahrar al-Cham), bien que ne figurant pas sur les listes internationales d'organisations terroristes, avait des "liens opérationnels avec Al-Qaida" et peut donc être qualifié de groupe terroriste en droit français.

    Tareq Abdul Hakim Kiwan previously defected from the Syrian Army, but stayed in Tafas, Daraa, after the regime reconquered the area in 2018. He went to Damascus 9 months ago to "settle his status" ("reconcile" w/ the regime). He was arrested & tortured to death.

    I can’t get over how normal this news is now. There are dozens of entire families buried under the rubble, Assad & Russia bombarding heavily populated civilian areas is the norm now. Crime is normal. Unbelievable. 8 years of this- daily.
