    17 years ago, I went to work like millions of others and had no idea what was about to happen. As someone who thankfully hasn’t lived through a World War, it was the worst day in my living memory, for the human race which resulted in almost 3,000 people dying.

    What happened when women (in the U.S.) were given the right to vote? Kids from economically disadvantaged backgrounds "experienced large increases in educational attainment [and earnings]" as a direct result.
