My physical T-Online Sim card numbers gets rejected as VOIP

Summary:

Hello there, I only have VOIP numbers plus a T-Online Sim with the number (938) 888-8676 However, it gets rejected as VOIP. Can we fix this?

No way to contact the user. I suspect T-Online are using VOIP but can only find one old article referencing them taking an interest in VOIP
