Mon dernier article : Et si le prince charmant était saoudien ? For those who are not blessed with speaking French (and understanding French women psychology), I am working on an article in English on the same topic :)

C’est marrant, je pensais justement qu’on serait bien inspiré de faire pareil en . Certaines régions ont besoin d’aide. Et quand je dis de l’aide, je ne parle pas forcément d’argent mais de gens capables de monter une stratégie de pour un territoire.

The comments to this tweet stating that Queen Elizabeth is a descendant of Prophet Muhammad are truly baffling. People just share their raw thoughts (and it’s not pretty). Racism, ignorance, prejudice, you name it. Baffling.

Spotted in a French tabloid this week (huge circulation in the summer) It says Lilo is allegedly in love with MBS who is allegedly crazy about her. Don’t be surprised if French people are confused about who the Crown prince really is. Fascinating how fake news are created.

There seems to be a new unspoken rule in the US, no scandal is complete if it doesn’t have the name of MBS attached to it. I wonder when Harvey Weinstein is going to remember that he was actually close friends with the Crown Prince. Seriously...

I am finding it strangely satisfying to see the Twitter peeps actually meeting in real life. Must have been an interesting conversation there.

Finally got to read this truly excellent article. « If the UAE made any mistake, it was to align itself too closely with Trump, who has proved highly unpredictable, said Abdulkhaleq Abdulla, an Emirati political scientist who is based in Dubai. »

And that surely would not be my only comment about this article, to say the least.

What kind of news outlet is Al Bawaba? The article mentions Prince Ahmed and goes on calling him Abdulaziz as if Abdulaziz was his family name. I mean... 😳🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

« Attaching ourselves to MBS on Iran »?! I think that MBS has rather been attaching himself to a certain US view on Iran. And backtracking is certainly not the easiest thing. But bashing MBS continuously must be quite satisfying, right? Pfff...

Declaration of love, French-style 😍 The initial tweet recommended women to wear lingerie to be attractive to their husbands. This man answers that no matter what his wife wears, he always wants to... mm... he always finds her super attractive 😉

I am surprised, to tell you the truth, that those arguments are not used by feminists way more often. To me, Prophet Muhammad started a feminist revolution and today, the Muslim world would certainly be in a position to complete it because it’s fair to do so.

It struck me the other day that I would like to do for those men what Claude Chirac has done for her father. BTW I am not sure I understand what’s happening in Aden but for sure, they seem to be quite relaxed.

    Replying to

Re-reading your tweet. Having a hard time turning things into actionable policies? Come on, it’s not rocket science. Main thing to do is to send the message out there to retailers, property managers, etc. that the party is over and that they are expected to deliver now.

Sur ces histoires de burkini, la question qui me semble toujours intéressante c’est, porte-t-elle le burkini par conviction religieuse ou pour faire chier le système de l’ancienne puissance coloniale ? Là c’est assez clair. Être en paix avec soi-même.

This is interesting. The truth is, American culture values this kind of smartass behavior “I am testing my right to...” but they are now confronted to the limits of such behavior. It will be interesting to see what eventually will come out of this.
