Do NOT let the feel-good happy ending on this incident make you forget that this little piece of shit walked into a mosque "with at least two rifles and wearing body armour" to mass murder Muslim worshippers This was one Rafiq away from being another Christchurch. I am afraid.

Boris Johnson never visited the Irish border as Foreign Secretary, and he hasn’t visited as Prime Minister. If he had, he’d have heard first hand what a disaster his Brexit plans are for peace and prosperity.

Friendly reminder and not a subtweet: Today is two years since Unite the Right, not two years since Charlottesville. Charlottesville is still there, as is its opposition to fascism, its racism, its problems, and its beauty. Charlottesville and its people still fight.

This mini documentaries are so great. Insightful and capture so much, including some humorous moments. The two guys speaking at the end of their new respect for young people and how they feel they didn’t do enough is a sentiment I’ve found to be fairly widespread.
