The fighters are apparently from Jaysh al-Izza, a rebel faction close to Hayat Tahrir al-Sham with many Hamawi and Homsi members. The group is not linked to ISIS, despite wearing patches with the seal of the prophet used by ISIS (& other jihadist groups).

are those ISIS patches?
-
Those are shahada emblems.
-
Looks like the ISIS design.
-
It's still the shahada. It's to emphasize their adherence to tawheed.
-
Many groups use the shahada and have their own design/logo for it. Strange for these men to specifically wear the very recognizable ISIS version.
-
Multiple groups from all over the world (mali, and indonesia for example) wear the shahada patch. It's not always related to isis
-
Indeed shahada emblems. They're not ISIS
-
You guys are replying to my tweet and repeating what I said, many groups use flags with the shahada. The question is why these people are using the ISIS variant of the flag.pic.twitter.com/dpLHFs1seg

Those guys are isis

only a person with 0 knowledge of the situation in Idlib would claim so. ISIS cells are hunted down by HTS. This patch isn't ISIS, it's one used by other Islamist/jihadist forces
-
Only a liar would claim they aren't terroristspic.twitter.com/Sgxtz3dwaG

There is no ISIS in Idlib. It’s not unique to ISIS, it’s seal of the prophet, you ignorant supporter of mass murder/tortuter, father to son dictator Assad who is proven to use chemical weapons on civilians; killed, tortured hundreds of thousands of civilians.
-
What you don't understand is prophet did not use that style flag. The flag is made by ISIS. It represents ISIS. There is ISIS in Idlib.

Surprised how ignorant people are claiming isis patched when literally these are Islamic tawheed or shahadah . In coming days they might claim rebels scream same Allah o Akbar as isis
-
I'm more surprised by lack of political skills of HTS, dozens versions of shahada flag and they have to use one that is in this time known as IS one, it isn't smart at all.
-
This is also true .
-
In one tweet you went from saying people are ignorant to say this is the ISIS design of the shahada, to say it's true...?
-
No this isn't ISIS design, but it's known as ISIS flag by majority of people who just seen IS using them on Internet/TV and didn't bither to research.
-
Could you give me some sources about the origins of this particular design and who used it before ISIS and their predecessor groups? You are saying that the people in the video used this specific design before it was made famous by ISIS?pic.twitter.com/18pmiItrj8
-
Prophet Muhammed pbuh used black flag, caliphs after all used black standard and after years many designs appeared, this one used by IS has very non detailed design with what some say is seal of prophet and letters that don't take much effort to draw, so it's probably old design.
-
So are you saying that prophet used ISIS flag?
