        集金業務を依託せず、NHK職員が入社後数年はしたらいい。 世の中の声や空気も分り、少しは謙虚になるかも。 特権階級であるかの様な感覚自体、問題で、「皆さまのNHK」は、国民の受信料から成り立っていること肌で感じて欲しい。#NHK

        インターホンでの応対で十分なのに玄関先まで出てこいとも言いますしね。お客様センターに苦情を言っても、「委託していますから。」程度だし。それでもNHKを名乗っている以上監督義務はないのか？と思うんですがねえ。本当にぶっ壊したいですね。
