Watch the plumes of the explosion. It has the typical configuration of a mushroom cloud, typical of nuclear fission bombs. Conventional explosives don’t behave that way. This was definitely a nuclear blast of some sort.

That's a tactical nuclear explosion.. Watch the flash and bubble before the mushroom cloud...no conventional bomb or ammo explosion does that...
