I can't believe this is STILL going on and he is still avoiding giving information on sales records and paying the artists appropriately.

Its pure insanity. They have gone complete radio silence, and I was pretty much told, James doesnt want to deal with it.

I got the inital 7.30 payment, i never received the second promised royalties payment and did not receive any such royalties theyre claiming to have paid in advance for the left over books.
-
The payout theyre claiming to have made was offered while falsely implying it had been agreed to by us, it wasnt. The email they sent that in was sent to the incorrect emails and they ignored me telling them that. 1/2
-
2/2 Even if it had been sent to correct emails, its effectively a ‘shut up n go away’ payment that none of us agreed to. They basically tired to choose for us and pay us to be quiet about these issues without solving them.

They gave us a shoddy table with minimal numbers for types of sales that didn't line up with previous information we were given, as well as not being able to provide proof of stock, initial or otherwise; the numbers seemed sketch and I did not accept the pay out.
-
I also explicitly did not agree to having my work reprinted by this company

I got the first initial payment of royalties in June 2018 of $7.30. I never received this second "pay out" they tried to send to all artists, nor would I have accepted it because we DID NOT come to an agreement.
-
This is seriously messed up. I'm sorry you guys are dealing with this.
-
It’s really disappointing. I just feel like we’re all being scammed. They could have easily came to us and requested doing a reprint of the book if there was still more interest in physical copies. I would have agreed gladly so long as we continued to get royalties.

I got the first payment of $7.30 (£5.76) then the payment from the form that wasn’t agreed to. I told them I didn’t actually agree since despite it appearing so their form and payment wasn’t agreed to by all but they paid anyway. I refunded restating that I did not agree, again.pic.twitter.com/dhloRZFZhy

To clarify also, I am under the name ZeroNoctem in the KB book and also did one of the art prints.

I was not paid. I received the initial payment of $7.30 but have received nothing since. And I definitely did not agree to any of IF's conditions.

I only received a single payment of $7.30 and never any other promised payment. I did not accept their 'pay-out', as they claim an agreement among all parties was made, which it was not and communication from IF has ceased entirely.

Hate to say it but it looks like you folks are going to have to band together and take them to court

We have been looking into our options for a while in regards to this issue while trying to get any response from InkedFur.
-
Usually just a letter going “you owe me x by such and such date or this matter will be handled by attorneys” works.
-
The issue is bigger than just non-payment unfortunately (eg them having done an unauthorized re-print, ect). We are handing the legal side, but the repeated misinformation to their customers and refusal to remove said misinformation in the meantime is frustrating.
