It's worth saying that an arrest is not a conviction and I don't know if Foxler is in custody or what, but I do know there are tips about multiple putatory victims and we'll find out more later.

It's known, but unfortunately internet crime has this tendency where commonly known truths don't equal court truths. Goes with hidden ID's, lack of jurisdiction, statutory time limits, etc. Lots of stories can't be told for a lot of reasons like that as well as security concerns.
