What are the boundaries proposed for N. Arakan state? I don't think the Burmese like the Rohingya in their country. Perhaps Sweden can come to the rescue!

I was just watching a documentary on Swedish volunteers who fought for Finland against the USSR during WWII. Was totally amazed and my respect increased 10 folds

What is meant by naturalized citizenship as you have mentioned here?

for one the Rohingya wont be recognized as an indigenous ethic group which has been one of their core demands
