The academic and campaigning focus on highly-publicised "MDGs" and "SDGs" rather than the actual commitments in UN resolutions is, I suggest, a major error. Some more ambitious commitments and goals are still current. Also, UN members keep reaffirming the conference outcomes.

It seems to me that if there is such a thing as a right, then misleading people about promises or progress is a violation.
