      Syrians are being arrested in the streets of #Istanbul & forced to sign their deportation papers. They are sent back against their well, without any further notice, leaving their families behind.

      Many or those Syrians being deported are wanted by the Jihadists in the north. Their deportation is a death penalty.

          Sarah, I'm working to try to confirm these reports, but important to point out 1) Amro Daaboul, according to his own post, wasn't arrested in Istanbul but while attempting to cross to Greece— 2) ~300 is in line with a normal day's number of returns from the border zone in Hatay.

          The 1st point is clear, yes, many have been arrested in Izmir&other places in Turkey including Istanbul, but especially Istanbul since the arrests there r being done in the streets in a random manner. People r being dragged 2 the busses & deported even when they have the Kimlik.
