Dear attendees and friends!

Within the last weeks the "Clothing and Decency"-section of our Rules of Conduct have been discussed intensely in public. This section of the rules has not been changed for many years and we have rarely had any problems with it. However, actual rules have been mixed up with half-truths and even malicious rumours in the heat of public discussions. A few of our attendees asked if we could make a guide on this section of our rules, like the guide we made on "weapons" a few years ago.

As your enjoyment is our ultimate goal and the very reason for us to organise this convention we honoured your requests. Please find the guide on our "Clothing and Decency"-rules attached to this post.

We would appreciate if you could leave your questions and comments to this guide in the thread under the following URL to make it easier for all other attendees to find answers already given: https://forum.eurofurence.org/index.php/topic,6270.0.html

Thank you!

Quick update!

There will be a new revision soon, as we are going to extend the guide by a few words about underwear on fursuits.

Also thanks to very constructive feedback from attendees we need to change the collar-section a little: While chokers are prohibited because of the risk of accidental injury, we allow "limited chokers" with a textile or leather strap (no chains), as they can not be pulled tight enough to cause severe injury. We hope to accommodate more of your wishes with this change.

Thank you for your constructive feedback! :3
