      テレビ局や出版社が注目されがちだけど、クリエイター業界も同じくらい病んでるんですよね。いわゆる御用組合みたいなもの…ってかほぼそれで、企業に都合の悪いクリエイターをクリエイター仲間が潰す。そうすればお礼に仕事がもらえる

      特にアニメやイラスト、文字書き界は顕著。声の方は知らないけど健全な話はほぼ聞かない。漫画は天と地の幅がありすぎ 老婆心だけど仕事を得るためにどんな事でもやる、友人や魂を売れるような人じゃないとあの業界に首突っ込んじゃダメよ。い○じ先生並のメンタルが必要 健全に生きたいなら同人までで

      本当にもう嫌になってくる。なった 礼儀正しい、真面目で人に気を使える優しい人から消えていく そらその後生きていくことは出来るだろうけど絵の業界では生きられない。そのまま筆を折ってしまう人も多く見てきた。でも結局何も出来なかった、届かなかった

      漫画業界とイラスト、アニメ業界、 似ている様で全然違うのですね。 そういえばケムリクサへの感想、 あさりよしとお先生や岡野剛先生、大川ぶくぶ先生といった漫画家からは多くて、 イラストレーター、アニメ業界からはほとんどありませんでしたが(ガンダムOOの水島精二監督くら？) 納得しました。

      皆描く業界ですが全く違いますね 一つのツイートから"潰し"や"干し"の対象になってしまいますからね。下手な事は言えません。…マジで対象になりますからね 漫画家の方は自社の地雷さえ踏まなければいいですし、一定以上になると代わりが少ないので寧ろ会社側から抱え込むのでそのへんは自由ですね
