Agree. The GNA is so incompetent and so corrupt that it allowed the terrorist Haftar to control most of Libya during the years it has been in ‘power’. But the original post saying that war can’t be used as an excuse for not providing public service NOW is wrong.
#GNA had +3 years to provide anything to #Fezzan (& invest elsewhere), it carelessly chose not to. It's also been an utter disgrace w/ regards to the provision of basic services despite having both access & means.
