UPDATE: Woman charged with lewd and lascivious behavior now sentenced

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- A woman accused of making pornographic videos under the name ‘Whitney Wisconsin’ is sentenced.

Amy Lew, 20, was charged with several counts in Eau Claire County, including lewd and lascivious behavior.

The criminal complaint says Lew performed sexual acts at several public places and businesses in the Eau Claire area. It says her boyfriend videotaped the acts and posted them on various websites. Police were made aware of the videos after a man learned he was shown in the video without his consent.

Monday, Lew was sentenced to nine months in jail and one year of probation.
