Steps to reproduce

Open https://www.minds.com/boost/console/offers/history/inbox and logged in
Now click Create a boost
Under following "Speak your mind" field notice all options

Platform information

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8 /Android 8/Chrome 71

What is the current bug behavior?

No gap between options Hashtag, Public and Post

What is the expected correct behavior?

There should be a gap between options Hashtag, Public and Post

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes
