Do not use this term as a tag, for it is too ambiguous.

Richard is a common given name. Because it is so generic do not use it as a stand alone tag. Either use the full name (i.e. Richard_LastName) or add the work the character is part of in parenthesis after the name (i.e. Richard_(work)).
