This site started a number of years ago after I found that I was keeping notes made from other peoples guides, I'm in the UK, PAL land and we tended to get the rough end of the deal when it came to gaming hardware and game releases, so info started popping up over the internet to improve the situation.
I'm not a technical genius, just a guy who can follow guides and solder a bit. On here you will find my photos and notes as I performed these guides, I refer back to them when performing these mods.
Occasionally you may find something that I cobbled together myself as I've picked up new skills over the years, you'll also find info and guides sent in from visitors.

With the exception of a couple, I have performed all of the guides above and they are confirmed as working, credit is given in each guide to the source's used, all photo's and diagrams are by me unless specified. I've spent a lot of time and money putting this site together, you are welcome to use information from my notes on your own website if you give credit to www.mmmonkey.co.uk, but please don't just steal all of the information and claim it is your own.
All modifications are carried out at your own risk, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your console/TV/house/marriage etc, if in any doubt, then look here. Always work safely, make sure you use appropriate anti-static precautions and always read all the way through a guide and fully understand it before you attempt it. Only perform one mod at a time, it's easier to troubleshoot a problem if you haven't performed lots of modifications all at the same time.
