Steps to reproduce

1. Using iOS, go to the site on mobile.
2. Open a group.
3. Tooltip should appear (if it does not try holding).
4. Observe tooltip is behind the banner & chat.

Platform information

Replicated on iPhone 8 via BrowserStack. Unable to replicate on Android S7 Edge, Chromium / Manjaro web.

What is the current bug behavior?

Tooltip is cut off and permanently there messing with the UX.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Tooltip should be in-front of the banner and chat, and should probably only be shown on a long press.
