Unable to pay using Wyre

I am using Firefox quantum 64 bits Version 68.0, first offered to Release channel users on July 9, 2019. The operating system is Windows 10 version 1803; OS: 17134.885 and yes I am sure I am doing the right thing. It is when it is asked to indicate my address that things do not react anymore as my address is not in the United States of America but in France.

Presumably, enter a non-US address into Wyre.

What is the current bug behavior?
User cannot purchase through Wyre.
