- "Episode Three: One of episode three’s more heartbreaking edits cuts from Betty straining at her zipper and ultimately giving up to Megan getting ready for an important Heinz dinner and easily fitting into her cocktail dress. Its purple-and-blue almost Aztec design emphasizes Megan’s modernity compared with the dowdy Pittsburgh-based Geigers."[1]
However, if one views season 5 episode 3 of Man Men ("Mystery Date") on Netflix they will see that that scene appears nowhere in the episode. Instead, on Netflix, this scene is seen in season 5 episode 2 of Mad Men ("Tea Leaves") at the beginning. AMC is a TV channel which has been significantly involved with Mad Men, and from what appears to be AMC's official YouTube channel there is a video which is titled "Janie Bryant on Costumes in Episode 503: Inside Mad Men"; this video feature the aforewritten scene and commentary, but again refers to season 5 episode 3.[2] Therefore, either Netflix or AMC and vanityfair.com have incorrect information.
