    It's easy to make fun of seta and yeni safak - god knows I'm not going to stop - but if you read the stuff they've been saying for the past few years you really could have seen this coming.

    So stuck to its guns (sorry) and first parts of the have arrived in Ankara. The repeatedly warned it would compromise equipment, risk Turkey's expulsion from F-35 programme and prompt sanctions. Ankara has stuck to its word - let's see if Washington does.

    Parts of S-400s arrived in Turkey a couple of hours ago: reports. One Russian plane with a team of Russian specialists arrived in Malatia and another in Ankara .
