    Meaningless PR move when the SDF is holding thousands of small & ill kids in awful conditions, and I’m not talking about children relatives of ISIS. When media portrays all IDPs as “Isis families”, they contribute to the tragedy because nobody will talk about it.

    The Plan was signed after a last long discussion on the needs of Children Protection and providing assistance for them in the region of Self Administration for north and east Syria (NES).
