I don't care if you commission pregnancy art from me.

Seems that there's been some anxiety from peeps about how I would respond to receiving requests for preg art because I am actually pregnant.

In short, I don't care. As long as the art doesn't involve my character, you may continue your interest and enjoyment by commissioning me for the content.

I understand the anxiety as there are plenty of pregnant peeps on Fa and other places who find the type of art insulting, diminishing the reality of actual pregnancy. I would say the same after getting through the first trimester and dealing with the major body changes and constant burping. However, I understand that this is just fantasy depicted through pixels.

I'm not insulted or offended. Feel free to get your jollies drawn by me, whether sweet or hard core. I won't be mad.

While it's not a kink of mine, it's really good to see an artist write this. It's always nice when someone understands kinks may not be realistic, but if portrayed in art and enjoyed by the end user who cares?

Your pregnancy work is fabulous! And it's never that personal unless people make it that way. It's like people feeling weird commissioning someone who had big boobs to draw a character that had big boobs?? Like, it's a part of life. There's no connection there XD

A good post and something that folks may not be aware of, when they ask of such things. It makes sense when you ask and/or lay down some ground rules for what and how you will draw.

I rarely need to as I have a pretty understanding and calm audience.

Wait wait wait, someone who's capable of making the distinction between reality and fiction!? BURN THE WITCH!

No no, only joking. Love you really Pand.

For realsies though, it is nice to see someone who doesn't get uppity over fiction. I've had my fair share of encounters with people who get up in arms about fictional things and decrying it as insensitive or whatever else. Yes there is a point where things are in bad taste, but rarely is that actually the case in my experience just people looking for something to be offended by xP

Anyway stay awesome Pandy!

There are things that offend me and I'll refuse to draw. I don't rant about it just simple say "no."

my view with it:
drawn by art, its hard to tell if fat/chubby or preg o.o

There's a distinction if you're good at drawing it.

perfect example.

Then again, looking at this site, a lot of these things are exaggerated so it can be hard to tell. But when in doubt, read the description/ key words.

Ah, neat little howto - I might have to borrow that link as sometimes it is hard to explain differences to artists new to the subject.
