archive (plural archives)
There are multiple website which focus on archiving web pages and other content provided by HTTP and HTTPS. archive.today is one such website, and after archiving a URL at this site one will get a URL for the archived page which will look like "https://archive.is/[5 random ASCII characters]". The five random ASCII characters usual amount to nonsense, like "58sWa"; however, sometimes they result in an English word (e.g., https://archive.is/Takas[1]), non-English word, or phrase which is made of words.
