The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM) Library, which opened on July 13, 2007, is a reference and information center that provides general information about Japanese arts and culture, society, language, among others. Our collection includes printed materials such as books, comics, magazines, newspapers, as well as publications by the Japan Foundation, Manila. The library also has an audio-visual area where visitors can watch and listen to Japanese DVDs and music. A Filipiniana section with reference materials about the Philippines is also available.

Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed:Sundays and on legal and duly-declared special holidays of both Japan and the Philippines

For Japanese Language and Japanese Studies Teachers
Membership Fee: Php 400.00 (membership for 6 months only)

Regular Membership

For other individuals at least 17 years old
Membership Fee: Php 400.00 (membership for 6 months only)
