Funny thing is I remember searching for that name in YOK thesis depository when he was appointed. I don’t remember finding this. But it’s a vague memory, I can’t be sure.

But I am sure that before his appointment there was a change in legislation that altered the list of acceptable degrees for the job. But if he already had a banking&finance master’s degree in 2001, this law change was unnecessary.
