(bug): Help Desk needs to indicate if there are no results.
Summary:
I went to help, typed in "discovery" and clicked enter but nothing happened.
Steps to reproduce:
In help, I type in a word but there's no apparent button to click (like your submit button below), nor does enter seem to work.

What is the current bug behavior?
No error is displayed and it gives the impression that the component does not work.
What is the expected correct behavior?
0 Results
or something similar should be displayed so that the user knows that there isn't a section
